As a Technical Support Associate, you’ll...

  • Provide consistently high-quality customer experiences for all Webflow customers 
  • Help customers in support queues using applications including but not limited to Zendesk and Jira
  • File bugs, troubleshoot product issues, and collaborate with the team to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Advocate for our customers and work closely with your team and manager to find areas of improvement within our product and services.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a Wednesday - Sunday schedule
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, DNS or web development/design using tools like Webflow

    • For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. As a Sales Development Representative you’ll … 

  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media (must be comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)
  • Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
  • Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
  • Refine our messaging and sales prospecting techniques
  • Work cross functionally with partners like Marketing & Ops to iterate process and ideas for successful lead generation campaigns
  • Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building to scale

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Sales Development Representative if you:

  • Have 1+ year of sales experience minimum, ideally in Saas including creating high-quality outbound campaigns and engaging potential customers
  • Have a demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
  • Are comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms

As a Senior Benefits Manager you will...

  • Develop and administer the employee benefits suite, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans

  • Help define and shape the research function at Webflow as we make it a core pillar of the product insights team

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, EPD Operations

As Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure & Security you’ll: 

  • Collaborate closely with our Infrastructure & Security teams to help them deliver their highest-priority, cross-functional technical programs.  
  • Establish milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies, and deliver iteratively
  • Work across various Engineering, Product & Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep key stakeholders informed of program status, risks, and insights
  • Plan and facilitate meetings such as project kick-offs, weekly check-ins, and project milestones to make communication easy and transparent
  • Establish and report on program health and success metrics, using data for strategic decision-making
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization and ensure their expectations are effectively managed for the projects you're involved in
  • Lead post program analysis to guide future programs
  • Mentor junior members of the Engineering organization in technical skills and Webflow culture.

About the role:

We're seeking a highly-motivated Website Marketing Manager to join SecurityScorecard. As a member of the Revenue and Growth Marketing team, you will have a direct impact on the continued success of our most important digital asset, the website. This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses managing publishing content in our CMS (Wordpress), owning landing page creation, and coordinating cross-functionally with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end process for which content is published and maintained on our website through our CMS platform (Wordpress)
  • Convert conceptual designs into web pages utilizing existing templates and components while adhering to brand guidelines, SEO, and UX best practices
  • Update our website for all new feature releases, including new pages and making navigation/footer updates as needed
  • Intake, manage and fulfill requests from internal and external stakeholders for new web pages and/or updates to existing content
  • Own the day-to-day project management for all content publishing and landing page tasks
  • Routinely audit existing website content for accuracy and effectiveness, applying key learnings from experimentation throughout the web experience

  • Advocate for customers by effectively communicating the importance of user research as well as synthesizing and communicating insights from across the organization to drive decision making and strategy

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll … 

  • Write performant and accessible User Interfaces that power the Webflow visual design experience
  • Work on technologies such as React,js, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS
  • Have a strong understanding and expertise in at least one technical domain
  • Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy
  • Scope and implement technical solutions with minimal guidance
  • Produce and elevate the quality of maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code
  • Collaborate product managers and designers in an autonomous, supportive team environment
  • Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and internal hackathon teams

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Frontend Engineer if you…

  • Have 3+ years of experience working as a FE/UI engineer with a proven track record of shipping code
  • Are proficient in advanced React and CSS patterns
  • Have a deep, foundational understanding of Javascript and/or Typescript
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress)
  • Treat web accessibility as a top priority
  • Have experience working with feature teams on customer-facing products, shipping and iterating to solve customer problems
  • Value testing and documentation equally as much as your code
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and scoping solutions with your teammates

As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll … 

  • Enable our product teams to think strategically with key stakeholders about how customers engage with Webflow, identifying and executing on high impact growth opportunities with actionable insights
  • Define product and business success metrics, building tools for monitoring and surfacing drivers of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Leadtechnical and non-technical team members with processes and technical expertise for executing experiments, answering open ended business questions with data, and researching levers for improving our product, 
  • Develop our data foundation, experimentation and machine learning capabilities, collaborating on our strategic roadmap for building new pipelines and tools that contribute to our connected, complete understanding of our customer journey and improve our customer experience. We currently use Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, and Fivetran and are working with our Data Engineering collaborators on scaling our platform capabilities with a number of other tools!

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Data Scientist if you:

  • Have 4+ years of experiencein a Data Science (or similar) position
