We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Manager for our Customer Education Program to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education product and program management, with experience in managing learning management systems (LMSs) and developing customer education initiatives. As the Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the platform used for delivering customer education programs and ensuring an exceptional learning experience for our customers.

About the role

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $118,00 in our lowest geographic market up to $166,300 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Sr. Director, Education

As a Platform Manager, you’ll: 

  • Own the LMS and certification platforms used to deliver customer education programs, including requirements definition, platform launch, and ongoing maintenance. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of the LMS to support various types of learning experiences, including self-paced courses, instructor-led training, and certifications.
  • Manage Operations and Design team responsible for the UI/UX and implementation of education platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for the LMS and customer education platforms. 
  • Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to implement and integrate the LMS with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze usage data and learner feedback to assess the effectiveness of the LMS and customer education programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the provision of LMS services and related technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders and end-users on the use of the LMS and related technologies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and resources for internal stakeholders and end-users of the LMS, including administrators, instructors, and learners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning management systems and customer education to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Our Customer Success team plays a vital role in advising and guiding a diverse range of Enterprise customers, ensuring a successful launch with Webflow and continually achieving their business goals and maximizing their investment in Webflow. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll … 

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship across your customer’s organization, from Executive Sponsors to day-to-day contacts, that works to ensure customers are getting value from our products and services.
  • Work with customers to understand their unique goals and business processes as well as provide expert knowledge of Webflow; nurture relationships with influential stakeholders and empower them to be Webflow champions.
  • Drive account strategy to help customers understand how Webflow can most effectively power their entire Web footprint, while creating a success plan that aligns internal Webflow teams (i.e. Product + Sales) to external customer objectives.  
  • Provide enterprise customers with guidance on launching and optimizing their Webflow deployment following web development best practices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product questions and provide solutions to complex use cases and workflows. 
  • Conduct executive business reviews to assess progress against the customer’s desired business outcomes, determine opportunities for deeper feature engagement, and measure and communicate the impact of Webflow on the customer’s business.
  • Collaborate with the Renewals Management team to drive renewal outcomes, while accurately forecasting to senior leadership the predicted outcome of the renewal process across your book of business. 
  • Partner with Technical Architects to ensure customers are able to build scalable sites..
  • Consistently report information from customers back to the business in the form of notes, recordings, summaries, action plans (and others) using a variety of systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with Service Providers that are engaged with our customers to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the customer with the Webflow product team, helping shape the evolution of the product.

About you

  • Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience, with a SaaS company or digital marketing agency. (3-4 years of relevant experience preferred)

THE ROLE

Imagine being a teacher in Sarasota, Florida, four years after the pandemic started, with a classroom full of 6th graders who haven’t had a normal year of school or learning since 2019. It’s the reality of so many educators and students who use Khan Academy – and our team is uniquely positioned to help them when they need it most.

We’re looking for a Production Designer to join our Brand team. The heart of this role is taking creative briefs and art direction and delivering visual design assets to support our Philanthropy, Marketing, Districts, Khan Academy Kids, and International teams. This position will be 40 hours per week for 3 months for $42/hr.

Some of the things you will work on:

  • Our 2023-24 annual report microsite.
  • Fundraising campaigns for community and individual giving.
  • Marketing and sales assets for the Khan Academy Districts sales cycle.
  • Digital illustrations and assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Visual aids, diagrams, and presentations for donor meetings.

  • Actively participate in critique by giving and receiving constructive feedback.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with an agency, global brand, or growth-stage tech company.
  • Outstanding digital and print design skills, with an obsession for cohesive brand identity, market trends, and best practices.
  • Confident designing in Webflow, Adobe CC, and Figma.
  • Able to create custom illustrations and animations that follow brand guidelines (show us in your portfolio).
  • Experience designing for a wide array of audiences, including school-age children, teenagers, young adults, and adults.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations and dynamic environments that run similar to a startup.
  • Desire to learn by working shoulder-to-shoulder with outstanding senior designers, develop your storytelling and customer service skills.

As a Sr. Accountant you’ll … 

  • Own key areas of the general ledger monthly close process, including recording transactions, booking cash entries, performing bank reconciliations, preparing prepaids reconciliation, fixed assets, reconciling expense report payments, Netsuite payments, etc.
  • Identify key drivers for monthly flux analysis as part of month-end close
  • Support the informational requirements for audits and other regulatory requirements from governmental agencies

  • In partnership with People leaders and other stakeholders implement a standard approach to reporting and identify key metrics and opportunities for leveraging people analytics to deliver insights that influence decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of data models that enhance our ability to understand and predict behavior, engagement and performance
