We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Manager for our Customer Education Program to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education product and program management, with experience in managing learning management systems (LMSs) and developing customer education initiatives. As the Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the platform used for delivering customer education programs and ensuring an exceptional learning experience for our customers.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $118,00 in our lowest geographic market up to $166,300 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Platform Manager, you’ll:
- Own the LMS and certification platforms used to deliver customer education programs, including requirements definition, platform launch, and ongoing maintenance. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of the LMS to support various types of learning experiences, including self-paced courses, instructor-led training, and certifications.
- Manage Operations and Design team responsible for the UI/UX and implementation of education platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for the LMS and customer education platforms.
- Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to implement and integrate the LMS with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze usage data and learner feedback to assess the effectiveness of the LMS and customer education programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the provision of LMS services and related technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders and end-users on the use of the LMS and related technologies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and resources for internal stakeholders and end-users of the LMS, including administrators, instructors, and learners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning management systems and customer education to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

About you
You’ll thrive as a Platform Manager if you have:
- Proven experience in product management, program management, or related roles, preferably in SaaS education.
- Experience managing LMSs, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering an exceptional learning experience for end-users.
- Technical proficiency with LMS's, content authoring tools, and related technologies.
- Experience in the design and delivery of customer education programs is a plus.
