Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Creating, maintenance and evaluation of software automation test scripts for both UI and API (including incorporation of dynamic test data) for a web site
  • Creating and maintaining manual test scripts when needed.
  • Conduct testing following a disciplined procedures and documentation (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case, Results, Defect Analysis, Test Summary)
  • Ability to train others regarding automation test concepts; plus providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Gathering and validating application functional/performance/load requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases
  • Execution, as required, of manual and automated software testing in areas involving installation, functional, performance and load, integration, and regression testing.
  • Documentation of process improvements regarding best practices regarding test automation
  • Creation of test reports and test visualizations (Splunk)
  • Maintenance of all test documentation and results with results.
  • Coordination and prioritization of test development activities and the ability to work with multiple development teams and software projects are also critical for the selected candidate.
  • Management of defects within a corporate defect tracking system

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, similar discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of structured software quality assurance engineering experience is required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the development of automated test scripts, execution of test cases and reporting and dissemination of test results.
  • Experience with automated testing applications like Gauge (Java+Selenium, Cucumber)
  • Experience with API testing tools such as ReadyAPI.
  • Production software development experience with 2-3 structured programming languages such as .Net, Java and Pega.
  • Experience with quality assurance practices and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test plan and test case development and execution
  • Experience with developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, BitBucket, JIRA+ Xray, Postman

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about progressing in the new world order of b2b marketing,  through creative and data-driven strategies. This role is remote first, and based in Australia EST time zone, with a preference for Sydney location to support frequent in person engagement, especially in the onboarding period.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and automate our marketing activities and content across all products, audiences and use cases to optimize awareness, nurture leads and drive MQL conversions 
  • Do so across a full-suite of channels, particularly digital (paid and organic), traditional outbound (email) and in person (conference and hosted event)
  • Craft, optimize, and scale high-quality messaging, content and collaterals at both segment and account based levels, working in cross-functional collaboration with product managers and sales professionals

Ellipsis is a 100% remote team, and we’ve been fully remote since our first day 6 years ago. Our SEO Content work is branded as Content Growth, and clients engage us to produce a set number of posts each month on retainer based on an SEO Content strategy we formulate for them, which is focused on bringing them impressive results.

With Content Growth, we take care of everything end-to-end, from high-level SEO strategy, keyword selection (which is powered by our proprietary FALCON AI), content briefs, content production, publication, promotion and link building, rank tracking, and troubleshooting SEO queries. Our Content team leads these projects and takes care of the content production, and our SEO team takes care of the SEO requirements.

As our new Administrative Assistant, you’ll help ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively. We’re a team of 20 and this is our only operations role. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, our accountants, and the team and help support smooth operations.

This position can be broken down as follows:

  • 50% process-driven company admin / MD admin
  • 30% reactive work and special projects
  • 20% meetings – preparation, attendance, follow-up

Remote work requires trust, and in this role, this will be absolutely critical. Below is a list of some of the responsibilities you'll be able to grow into over time:

Finance, HR, and company operations admin

  • Manage day-to-day financial tasks, including expense processing (bookkeeping), drafting of batch payments, invoice collection, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle client invoicing, and ensure timely payments (both incoming and outgoing).
  • Coordinate with external accountants for accurate financial reporting and payroll/pension administration.
  • Manage compliance-related paperwork and ad-hoc financial requests from the team.
  • Support with new hires; post job descriptions to our Applicant Tracking Software and job boards, and handle initial screening of candidates before passing over to the Hiring Manager.

Meetings

  • Prepare for meetings, including ensuring agendas and internal notes are prepared. Your goal is to ensure we utilise our meeting time most effectively and are able to put our best feet forward.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, or listen to recordings of meetings and take minutes. You should be extremely comfortable with crafting accurate, effective, and useful minutes.
  • Triage next actions arising from meetings, including assigning or drafting follow-up emails or tasks.

Sales and marketing admin

  • Draft contracts and proposals for clients. These are all templated but need careful attention to detail to ensure details are up-to-date for the client. Once we have a “yes” from a client these are often time-sensitive, so working quickly and accurately is important.
  • Draft sales emails, primarily as follow-ups from the MD or Head of Partnerships’ meetings.
    • You’ll be expected to take the initiative. For example, we might tell a client on a call we’ll draft a quote. You’ll need to draft the quote based on pricing you’ve found for similar previous projects, for the MD to review.
  • Ensure all follow-ups are delivered in a timely manner, roping in stakeholders if and where necessary and taking the responsibility for delivery.

Emails

  • Assist the Managing Director with maintaining an organised and efficient inbox, including drafting replies or responding directly on his behalf at times
  • Effectively triage emails, understand possible courses of action, and present information to the MD in a way that lets him quickly provide a batch of responses that unblock you 

Travel

  • You will be responsible for organising our (typically twice-a-year) company meet-ups, including researching and budgeting locations, booking flights and hotels for 20+ people, finding and booking restaurants, meeting rooms, and activities.
    • You’ll need to mix effective research skills with organisation. What’s the best compromise for a hotel, between the cost of 20+ rooms, travel time from our meeting space, and the need for a comfortable stay? How will we get from the hotel to dinner if it’s raining? Where will we find a local photographer? Are there enough restaurants that meet everyone’s dietary requirements? These are all questions you’ll need to proactively deal with to ensure we have a productive  and smooth trip.
  • On a smaller scale: members of the Leadership team travel a couple of times a year for conferences. These are often multi-city trips requiring tight coordination. You’ll be responsible for (remotely) assisting them with travel, hotels, and client dinners/gifts.

Special projects

  • Assist the MD with tasks day-to-day. The remit of this role is not “follow this clearly defined process every time”, but “take this mostly finished project and figure out how to proactively take it to completion”. These tasks might touch project management, writing/editing, triaging information, and ensuring action is taken. Some examples:
    • We are on the pathway to becoming a B Corporation and this requires a lot of paperwork. You'll handle a lot of the work to take us in line with B Corp standards. This will involve a lot of project management, coordinating new policies, delegating tasks and follow-up to ensure projects are done on-time and successfully.
  • Put together the company monthly newsletter from content provided by the MD or Strategy team: load into our email software + WordPress and schedule, draft and schedule social media posts (including Thought Leadership style LinkedIn content) based on the newsletter (this requires understanding which parts of the content work as standalone pieces, liaising with our Graphic Designer to get assets), and schedule content across company and personal LinkedIns.

Ellipsis is a fully remote company with team members across the globe. Ellipsis operates a generous flexitime policy and once-a-month we run a 4 day week! While this role generally follows standard UK business hours (9-5.30pm), some flexibility is required to support occasional late meetings. Once or twice a week, you may need to assist with meetings scheduled between 4-6.30pm UK time to accommodate clients in California. This may involve preparing for, attending, and following up on these meetings. Time off in lieu will be provided for any hours worked outside of regular business hours.

You’ll also be responsible for proofreading, copy editing, and uploading the finished content to ensure quality and consistency.

What you'll do

The Technical Account Manager will own the post-contract end-to-end support experience for Cloudflare’s most strategic customers, to unblock post-go-live technical support challenges. They are a dedicated technical primary point of contact for our top-tier Enterprise customers. TAM’s responsibilities are to manage and monitor support interactions, serve as an internal advocate for customers, respond to customer escalations, and proactively escalate issues as needed. TAMs meet regularly with their respective customer(s) and provide proactive recommendations that support customers’ requirements, roadmap, and ongoing technical needs, partnering with the Customer Success and Account Team members.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong customer service and leadership skills, be a self-starter, be committed to ongoing self-education, be able to collaborate across organizations and have excellent technical problem-solving skills.

As a TAM aligned with Cloudflare’s Network Services products and with a working understanding of Layer 3 and 4 functionality, you’ll closely engage with customers who integrate these solutions into their Cloudflare configuration, addressing their primary support needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work one weekend every month. 
  • Serve as primary technical support contact.
  • Maintain a cooperative relationship with all cross-functional resources, such as product, engineering, and customer account teams comprising Account Executives, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners throughout every sales phase.
  • Collaborate with the Account Team, as well as Engineering and Product, to help ensure high customer satisfaction by providing world-class dedicated support throughout the entire life of the customer partnership.
  • Provide product and engineering teams with customer feedback to help identify Support challenges and opportunities. 
  • Have a holistic and dynamic view of customer’s environment and use of Cloudflare products, including the customer deployment topology, expert resolution for all support issues, and proactive advice for long-term improvements.
  • Create and deliver Quarterly Support Reviews including SLA adherence, top ticket drivers, ticket deep dives, and incident reviews.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. 
  • Proactively engage with the account team during strategic deal closure and throughout the lifecycle of the customer.
  • Point of escalation during business hours, and backup point of escalation for Cloudflare TAMs in other regions during their off hours.
  • Understand client sentiment, own internal and customer facing escalations, and provide product support.
  • Ensure support tickets are solved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and expand working technical knowledge of Cloudflare products.
  • Single threaded owner of technical support issues, working with backend teams as needed.
  • Work with global TAM’s to ensure coverage on critical issues.
  • Ensure rapid Incident response.
  • Assist with preparing and communicating CSRs and formal documentation for incidents and major issues.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Understanding of networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPSec, GRE, etc).
  • Experience in security products and technologies (e.g Firewall, IPS, DDoS).
  • Experience in system integration and multi-vendor environments & data center deployments.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g. traceroute, WireShark, dig, cURL, etc.) towards identifying and escalating to the necessary teams to drive towards a solution.
  • Minimum 8 years of previous experience in a customer-facing team with technical account management responsibilities.
  • Have the business acumen of working with Fortune 500 companies and their leadership team.
  • Fundamental understanding of how the Internet works, e.g. the OSI Model, Application and Network security, what a proxy is and how it works.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on development experience focused on WordPress. Experience working within a B2B Marketing team in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in website management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools. WordPress preferred

Nextiva is seeking a dynamic and experienced Website Owner / Lead Web Developer with expertise in WordPress to join our innovative team. Reporting to the VP Revenue Marketing, As the Website Owner/  Lead Web Developer, will take ownership of Nextiva's WordPress-based websites and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and innovation to elevate the Nextiva web experience, with a strong emphasis on building a revenue-generating website and marketing-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Ownership:  Take full ownership of Nextiva's WordPress-based websites, ensuring their functionality, performance, and security.  Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress sites, ensuring they align with Nextiva's brand, business objectives, and revenue goals. Lead initiatives to improve our web experience on WordPress platforms, focusing on user-centric design principles, performance optimization, and revenue-generating features.
  • Vendor Management: Select, brief, and manage a creative web agency to run a redesign project in conjunction with the Wordpress re-platforming of the websites. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers when necessary for website development, maintenance, or enhancement projects.
  • Website Content Management: Oversee content creation, maintenance, and updates for the website, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with content creators, designers, digital program managers, and developers to produce high-quality web experiences.
  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Lead efforts to improve the website's UX, navigation, and overall design to enhance user engagement. Ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand presence.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to convert website visitors into leads through forms, CTAs, and landing pages. Implement A/B testing and optimization to increase conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track user behavior, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Report on website KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Website Security and Compliance: Ensure the website's security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Monitor and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Mobile Optimization: Ensure that the website is responsive and optimized for mobile devices to provide a seamless user experience across platforms.
  • SEO and Organic Traffic Growth: Collaborating with the SEO team, Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Leading a team of developers, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to maximize the potential of the web development team, with a keen focus on aligning web strategies with marketing and sales initiatives. Instill a belief across the team that there is always room for improvement and actively seek out opportunities to enhance the overall quality, functionality, and revenue potential of our WordPress sites.
  • Business Impact:  Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, pipeline and revenue through the website. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align web strategies with revenue goals and enhance the overall customer acquisition and retention experience. 
  • Quality Oversight:  Infuse a passion for testing into the development process, emphasizing the importance of thorough testing to maintain the highest standards of quality in our WordPress sites.  Implement and promote testing best practices, including automated testing, to enhance the reliability and stability of our WordPress solutions.
  • Innovation and Personalization: Experiment and test tools, tactics and best practices to deliver personalized journeys on the website for verticals and segments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on development experience focused on WordPress. Experience working within a B2B Marketing team in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in website management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools. WordPress preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, and customization.
  • Hands-on experience working with a team of front and backend developers. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML is a plus
  • Experience with testing methodologies and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience with website design principles and user experience (UX) design.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Knowledge of website security and data privacy best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
